"I don't even call this a class!! It is an amazing, enlightening, healthy, spiritual, loving, stretching, dancing, loving life...session!!!" ~Paty Jones, Toronto~Online Zoom Class Participant from 2020 to the present.
“Chantal is very knowledgeable about exercising in a safe way so we don't pull any muscles or get injured. Her warm- up and cool-down of gentle, safe stretches makes my body feel better and I am seeing long term improvement in my posture. It makes my joints feel better, it loosens up my body, it's fun, I love the music, Chantal is a most wonderful teacher”
Liz Bruzzese
“I wanted to share my enthusiasm for the belly dance zoom class that Chantal held today.
She is an exceptional teacher. I have taken other belly dance classes in the past, but truly I enjoyed this class more because Chantal describes exactly which muscles are involved with a particular movement. She then moves seamlessly from what seems to be an exercise into a dance sequence.
It was lovely.
I feel so awakened after the class that I’m walking back on air! I love the way Chantal brings us from point A to point Z. She is also so understanding, it’s as if she’s been through what I’m going through and she just understands and directs you gradually and seamlessly into a beautiful movement and you really feel so graceful!”

“Thank you to Chantal for the Mindful Movement Middle Eastern Dance Class! The class is a pleasure, the moves so important, and the intelligent explanations as we move along are an added bonus. And Chantal is so fond of all of her students! Good teacher!”

“I want to be sure that you know how wonderful Chantal Dance is to me! Even though this type of dance is relatively new for me, it proved to be taught methodically enough to challenge me mentally as well as physically. Of course, Chantal herself is one of the best teachers I've ever had & I'm sure that accounts for how enjoyable it was to ease into a routine of weekly dance movement!”
Patricia Kehoe
