CHANTAL IS A PROFESSIONAL BELLY DANCE ARTIST, PERFORMER, AND INSTRUCTOR IN THE NEW YORK TRI-STATE AREA AN D BEYOND.
Languages Spoken: English, French, Egyptian, light Spanish.
Drawing from her Egyptian roots, French education, and driven by her passionate love of dance, Chantal is reminded that at five years old, she would dance unstoppably every time her uncle put on the Middle Eastern music!! Chantal's aim is to bring joy, celebration, and connection through the art of dance, as well as elegance, grace, and an etherial quality to all her performances.
In performing for all types of events and celebrations, Chantal can be found dancing at wedding venues, ballrooms, yacht clubs, residences, restaurants, and at large dance festivals.
Middle Eastern, Ballet, Contemporary, Theatrical, Flamenco, and Jazz dance forms along with an acting/directing background enrich her dance art.
A thirteen year education at the Lycée Français de New York French school prepared Chantal to meet with and appreciate almost every single culture on the globe! Exchanging cultural knowledge, thoughts, and ideas, as well as exploring different cultures are a favorite pastime of hers. Having a physicist (quantum mechanics) father gave her an admiration and appreciation for that far reaching, and at times mystical field of science.
